Providing a comfortable residence for “short-term” guests to the Loma Linda University Medical Center and Education Center.

We are a family owned and run company. We believe that our rental homes should be inviting and comfortable enough that we would not mind staying there ourselves. Our homes are remodeled and include comfortable furniture in the living room including recliner chairs, expandable dining options, fully equipped kitchens including micro wave, coffee maker and George Forman Grills, office space with desk, high speed wireless internet access and phones with local dialing. Our bedrooms feature premium mattresses, high thread count linens and extra fluffy towels in the remodeled bathrooms. DIRECTV plus 7 channels of HBO are provided as are VHS and DVD players. Air conditioning is provided as are ceiling fans (ceiling fans in upper units only). Our two bedroom home has a large covered porch with two rocking chairs. Parking is provided as is a complete laundry facility and all utilities at no extra charge.
